They need paid leave whenever they feel overwhelmed from their service to the public..

They all need to have a rotation in duties and placement so they are not always being overwhelmed by the same things.

There should be National days of recognition with awards ceremony so we can publicly thank the first responders for their service, and so they will be honoured for their service.
