I AM PROUDLY RELATED TO THE NATIVE AMERICAN INDIANS OF CANADA THROUGH THE CHIPEWYAN TRIBE. I AM ALSO RELATED TO THE EUROPEANS WHO CAME TO CANADA. I CARE ABOUT AND LOVE EVERY SINGLE CANADIAN.

I am proudly related to the Chipewyan Native American tribe of Canada. I hear Little Chief among the Angels, he is my great granddad on either my mom or dads side.

For some Native Americans their ancestry was lost during residential schools.

Thank you to the Government of Canada's efforts of reconciliation with the Native Americans.

Please God and Jesus put it into their hearts to honour the treaty’s.

Please God and Jesus let the Native Americans be respected and honoured it is the soil that God gave them through Jesus that the Nation of Canada is founded upon. I ask these things in Jesus name, I ask You Jesus in Your name, I ask that Your will be done.

My recent mistreatment at Royal Alexander Hospital Edmonton

I want to share my recent treatment at the Royal Alexander Hospital in hopes reporting and sharing my experience with other people, will help improve the treatment of Native Americans, Christians & homeless people and political and social activist in the healthcare system.

I had surgery for a right overy removed with a cyst and right Filopian tube and lymphnodes. On Friday March 27 at Royal Alexander hospital Edmonton Alberta.

I was brought out of surgery to the recovery room. They were giving me pain medication But the effect ran out fast and the guy who attended me told me that the medication I would recieve on the unit would be stronger and last longer, and something happened with the machines I could tell he was concerned he told me to breathe that was a big reason I wanted to wait to take the medication on the unit so that that didn’t happen i could tell the machines were showing something negative by the sound I heard the look on his face and him telling me to breathe. So I told him I would try tolerate the pain until I got down to the unit.

Then I waited about 20 min in recovery to be moved down to unit in pain with no more of there pain meds by my request because I was waiting for something stronger that last longer on the unit i was being brought to . I was thinking so I wouldn’t overdose from the meds In the recovery Room.

I was brought down to the unit they had to move my body onto the bed I had to turn on my side in pain they put a board on the bed and they moved me with the sheet to the unit bed. I asked for medication I told them I needed it, there was a nurse with a head covering she had a huge smile with upper teeth showing she said she would get it I waited

Nobody brought me medicine i also had asked for my Bible and phone from admittance and one nurse said she would get she didn’t. I was having extreme anxiety because I was so afraid they didn’t give me any pain medication and I was fearful they wouldn’t give me pain medication. As I laid there with no pain medication on my unit I thought of the people in gaza who were going through surgery no anesthesia and pain medication it should not be that way in Canada

before my surgery I already recieve 3 Tylenol 4 per day to treat arthritis pain. Muscle relaxer s to relax my muscle. Naproxen to stop the inflammation. I also have diclo cream and voltaren for pain.

I asked an other nurse for the nurse who was supposed to bring me my Medicine they said she was getting it. There is a clock in my room I can see it from the time I arrived it was about 40 minutes of extremely pain with no medication.

I started to freak out i was extremely scared I got anxiety I said to a nurse I shouldn’t have done this surgery. She had me repeat what I said i repeated my self. The guys we worked for just laid us off said they only had enough work for thier guys and I was getting no pain relief. I started to have extremely fear and anxiety and I thought if this is what they are doing giving me no pain medication what is going to happen to me.

The nurse came in who said she would get my Bible and she was at the foot of my bed she didn’t have it she said she would get it i was so scared I raised my voice and said I need my Bible and my phone for sermons. I was freaking out. I wanted my phone for sermons and my Bible the Word of God to comfort me. I remember they were asking me what are you feeling where’s your pain. I asked for a new nurse and I asked for pain medication then they brought me some. I was praying so frantically saying sorry to God and Jesus asking for them to help me and asking them not to forsake me. They would make it so the pain would go and it came back I would describe it as extremely pain waves.

I had removed my partials for surgery and my hair would have been a mess. I wondered if I was being judge by my appearance I wondered if they were racist.

I asked for a new nurse and she gave me pain medication but they were also trying to give

Me regular strength Tylenol and Advil and giving me small doses that weren’t lasting i was afraid I was going to overdose and then my heart rate got real high. The nurses were not so friendly because I asked for another nurse. And the Caucasian nurse that I was talking to said she had 5 other patients to care for. I asked her if I was being treated the way I was because I am Indian she snickered and it looked like she angrily squeezed the phone/small tablet she was holding she had a mad look and said no in what I would describe as an ignorant way.

They have been giving me needles in the arms and in my thigh with the needle and the nurse said she should have jabbed Harder (into my thigh muscle and at that time I had an intervenors in my upper hand but they didn’t put the medication In the intervenious hooked into my arm they put it in my arms and leg and I have purple bruises I have taken a few photos I am going to take more if I see the purple in the mirror. I have a bump on my leg Whatever they gave me stung when it went in and stung after the needle was removed it stung real bad to the point I said I didn’t want the needle because It stung so bad Thats when she put it in my thigh and said she should have jabbed harder.

They said they couldn’t keep giving me the medicine that was working which was the stinging needle medicine they gave me a dose this morning and then a dose around 6 I had t4 and t3 a few times today spaced out every 4 hours

They gave me an oral dose of the stinging needle medicine but it takes longer to take effect and it only last 1-2 hours after taking it then they make me wait in pain until they can give me another dose of what they are giving me by their time and dose so I have been sitting a lot of time in pain with no pain medication just praying that I get the medication and that my body dosent go into shock I’ve asked them if the doses that they are giving me are to small not keeping the pain away long that they give me something stronger but they didn’t I just suffered in pain

Writing this down I realize how harsh my treatment has been I contacted the police at 10:58 pm Saturday March 28 but they say it’s not a police matter but a hospital relation matter I called the police to report this mistreatment and I call it assault at 10:58 Saturday March 28

I tell them I’m sore they don’t help me. I have been suffering for two days and they are not releasing me even after I released gas they say the pain needs to be managed and they are saying they are seeing if it is managed by time they let me go. But they don’t give me doses to manage my pain.

So we will see I am going to end up

Leaving hopefully with t4 throughout the day but they were just trying to give me my arthritis dose that takes away my arthritis pain and nothing for my surgery pain. I am going to sue these people if I can and hopefully some people lose their jobs I have talked to the lady in the bed only the other side of the curtain I think I am going to ask her if she has heard anything that has happened and if she would be a witness if this goes to court and the social worker is also a witness of what they haven’t been doing to manage my pain.

A pharmacist came in yesterday with a naproxen saying they said you need this for a headache and I just went through major abdominal surgery

Jesus tells us not to sue but I think I’m going to if I can to straighten out the way they treat humans.

They keep changing the dose the gynaecologist doctor that seen me said that she would talk to someone about increasing my dose there was a note for the nurse to give 2 t4 she said it was to high a dose then they changed the dose to 2 Tylenol 3 I don’t know what is going to happen here they say they are trying to manage the pain but they are not

Now they are checking with the doctor if it can be 2 Tylenol 4 three times per day

Woke up

in pain other patient was is bathroom walked to main bathroom and I asked them at the front counter if I could get my medication they said I had to wait till 8 I said I couldn’t I said please message someone and see if I can take my medication early because they want me to wait till 8 they said they are doing a shift change and the gynaecologist that I would have to wait till 7:30 I’m really sore and I started to feel extremely nauseous i was given anti nasuae pills I still feel extremely nauseous I think it’s because of the pain and no relief I need to leave here I’m going to get dressed and leave I asked for my arthritis medicine and they weren’t willing to give that to me either I want to leave

I explained things to my nurse she looked understanding I said if 2t4 every 4-6 hours will cause overdose than I need something stronger

Thank God and Jesus a Social worker came to see me I explained to her what was going on she said she would talk to the them for me.

This is my Message to the social worker:

Thank you for your concern and help. After you left the doctor said 2t4 every 6 hrs. Thank you for your help. I’m not finished pursuing better treatment for Native Americans and Christians if I am able to I want to sue for the way i was wrongly treated. I have asked for a copy of the medications i was given and when it was given I would like it from the time I entered the hospital until I left. If you are able to attain a copy of this or your friend I consent that they release those for further investigation. If I am able to sue I want to sue. I left the recovery room without taking anymore of the medication they were giving because they wore out fast and the guy attending me told me that they would give me stronger longer lasting medication on the unit. I didn’t recieve any drugs and I asked a woman nurse with a head covering for pain medication she said okay and she had the biggest smile on her face she said she would come I waited and she didn’t I keep asking for the pain medication then i asked for a new nurse and got pain medication. I waited up to an hour possibly longer with no medication from recovery room to waiting on unit. I don’t want my native tribe people or Europeans or anyone treated the way I have been treated.

Message to social worker

After the equivalent of two t4 I have extreme pain in my abdomen. I have said to them if 2 t4 every 4-6 hours will cause me to overdose please give me something stronger.

I also own my own framing company it is Immanuel framing Ltd established 2018.

I am a carpenter who frames houses with my husband since 2017, and hopefully framing soon with our youngest son Josiah.

I need someone else to help me because they are not listening to me. I don’t want to suffer or have prolonged healing I need to pay my rent again in 4 weeks I need to heal and get back too work as soon as possible

The Asian nurse attending me last night in the hospital was asking about my pain tolerance level. I don’t know why they wanted to know that.

There was a call button to call the nurses I would push it when I needed them they would ask what I want I would start speaking then they would hang up on me and someone would come to my room.

There was a pain button I would push it and they would come but I

Suffered in pain with no pain relief

Except for when they would give the medication at times that gave relief

I layed still on my bed when I didn’t have pain medication to take away my pain so I wouldn’t hurt so bad. This treatment of a human being is extremely wrong and this needs to be corrected because I don’t want anyone to suffer like I just suffered.

I was taking laxatives to enduce a bowel movement after surgery. I told the nurse that ice cream helps me have a bowl movement she came in eating an ice cream and didnt offer me one.

The hospital is very unclean there needs to be more cleaners and cleaners used. Paint is peeling off the wall. Bathrooms are filthy. Furniture is damaged. Hospital bed didn’t completely work right. The food court tables and seats are filthy. Patients have to wheel themselves with their injuries. The food portions are not big enough i was hungry.

Nurses didn’t tell me how to use restoralax they didn’t tell me how to shower when I got home.

A doctor came to me to discharge me she was talking to me about pain medication I asked her if I could get 2t4 3-4 times per days for a certain amount of days after surgery.

She wrote me a prescription for 2t4 4times a day with the option of taking 2 30 mg Codeine pill. I am thankful for this prescription but it should have been something stronger to take away the pain with no risk of overdose. My pharmacist reluctantly gave me my prescription after I told her I extremely suffered at the hospital with a warning i was at the daily limit possibly going over she gave me a noxolone kit in case of overdose. I told her I would be careful I don’t want to die.

I just have to say that as I walked through the Royal Alexander Hospital disturbed about what happened to me God and Jesus gave me

It means:

Dalet (ד) is the fourth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, carrying a numerical value of 4 and representing a "D" sound. It literally means "door" or "gate" (delet), symbolizing a pathway or transition. It signifies a humble state, often associated with the poor (dal) who "dangle" their heads, yet it also represents being lifted up.

After I have contacted various people and posted my horrific experience at the Royal Alexander Hospital. God and Jesus put the word Dalet back in my heart.

I think we are going to see a blessed change in the health care system for every human. Thank you God and Jesus.

What can fix what I went through God and Jesus put these things in my heart to say:

Doctors and Nurses need to be screened for racism against any race, age, judging people by the amount of money they have or don't have. We need to stop the discrimination against any human for any reason. We need to value every single life that walks this Earth, and not approve torture or mistreatment to any human being. Police need to step in and lay charges against anyone abusing anyone. A doctor or nurse or security officer or any public servant needs to be relieved of duties when they have engaged in racism against anyone.

Patients young and old need to be treated with Opioids that are proven to kill pain. The Patient also needs stronger opioids if they like me are already being treated by a doctor for pain prior to surgery or recent injury. They need a stronger Opioid to kill the pain and eliminate the risk of overdose. Their pain treatment needs to last a sufficient amount of days after surgery tapering off the opioid dose until the patient has fully recovered from surgery or injury.

Patient also needs sleeping pills if they cant sleep. Patient may also need Xanax, Ativan, or Valium to treat anxiety/fear.

The Attending Surgeon and doctor need to advise the hospital unit what kind of pain treatment their patient will receive, and the nurses should only be able to attend the patient and treat the patient with the recommended dose by the doctor. The attending nurse should not be allowed to undermine and cancel or adjust the doctors treatment plan. Unless the nurse contacts the doctor to tell the doctor the treatment is not working for the patient either the patient has let the nurse know the pain treatment opioid is to strong or to to weak, then the doctor or surgeon can adjust the medication. the attending nurse should contact the doctor if the dose the patient is receiving is not taking away the pain, and needs to be stronger. or the patient says the dose is to high it needs to be weaker. so that the patient isn't suffering.

Nurses and Pharmacists have not attended school for the same number of years as a doctor they should not be allowed to tell the doctor how to treat their patients.

The Hospital Pharmacy should be stocked with prescription drugs that the patient may need. The Hospital pharmacist should bring the needed drug to the nurse not the patient, so the nurses are aware which prescription drugs the patient is consuming.

Pharmacies should have to fill prescriptions that a patient has received from their doctor without any question to the doctors treatment plan. Unless the pharmacist is aware of an allergy that the patient has that would make the prescription harmful.

Their needs to be larger food portions. I was hungry while I was in the hospital. Their needs to be more snacks on the floor that the nurses offer to the patient if they are still hungry. The food services staff need to pay closer attention to the patients menu options they didn't bring me the food I asked for and this could be crucial to a diabetic, or someone with allergies.

Their needs to be porters in the hospital to push wheelchairs, porters to push beds are available in the hospital. Patients may be weak and not supposed to carry or lift heavy weight so pushing their own wheel chair should not be happening.

Their should be more social workers in the hospital to make sure the patients are not suffering.

The Hospital was very dirty. i could see dried substances on the floors, walls, curtain, The Hospital needs more thorough cleans, with cleaners, I couldn't smell any cleaning solutions being used by the cleaning staff. There was dirt sitting in corners.

The food court tables and chairs were filthy I asked for a cloth to clean the table and bench i wanted to sit at. A very kind lady came out and cleaned it for me, may God and Jesus bless her and her family and friends lives.

My hospital bed didn't work correctly some buttons to adjust it didn't work. I had to call for the nurse to adjust my bed. the bed controls should work and be easily asses-able to the patient.

Nurses should answer the patients call and listen until the patient is finished speaking.

Hospital furniture and curtains are old and starting to have alot of wear in them, broken or decrepit furniture should be replaced.

There was dirty linens sitting on the chair at the patient waiting room. dirty clothes should be in the laundry areas.

There needs to be arrows on the wall directing patients to the food court and they also need to be informed how far away the food court is.

I seen a female Peace Officer yelling at a man telling him to leave the Hospital. People should not be yelled at to leave the Hospital.

I seen people seeking shelter and warmth and safety at the Hospital they should not be asked to leave, and they should be fed, as well and put in touch with the social worker so that the social worker can work on getting them funding for a place to live so they are not sent out to despair and threat of assault. Instead leave the hospital to go to a nice safe warm comfortable home, with food and electricity and heat.

No Patient should be released without an opioid prescription to treat pain or without a home to go to.

The Hospitals need to be renovated before they become so rundown and dirty they can only be torn down and rebuilt.

Remembrance day, thank you soldiers for your sacrifices.

In Remembrance of all those who have fought and are fighting and will fight for our freedom and deliverance from evil.

I asked God and Jesus for the words to speak.

I want to thank God and Jesus for delivering people from Oppression through the Armies on Earth and in Heaven. Thank you for your love, and sacrifice, Thank you to the Soldiers who fought for ours and others freedom, thank you to their families for letting them go. Thank you to the Governments for sending their soldiers into war and conflict to bring peace to each human and country.

You must seem like an Angel to those you go to help, and deliver out of oppression. I know I have been greatly comforted by the authorities and public servants of Canada and world who have shown me and my family love and kindness. I have pondered if they are Angels.

Thank you Governments each in their own Nation and Soldiers for caring about and fighting for our freedom. Thank you for every sacrifice of your life made to bless each individual who enjoys peace and freedom. I have been praying for soldiers that you and your families are all well taken off for all you have done for others. No words can express my gratitude for all you have done for me and my family and others who enjoy peace and freedom. Thank you, for your love, and sacrifice, and I pray that your personal and families sacrifices be remembered through all eternity. Thank you to your loved ones who let you go to help others. Thank you for yours and their selfless love. The loved ones you had to leave to go and fight for freedom of individuals, and countries. I pray that every individual is forever remembered for their loving sacrifice. I pray that there be no more use of guns and artillery, or our tongues in a hateful way, and that you all become peace keepers world wide. Thank you for fighting for our peace and freedom. I am a Christian who enjoys the freedom that was fought for in Europe. I also enjoy many other of the freedoms of rights that have been established to provoke and establish peace. I am sorry for every loss of life, and every individual’s sacrifice of their personal life, and their sacrifice of their own individual peace, from suffering from the traumas of personal and countries conflict.

I’m sorry for each of you and your families that suffered the loss of life, and loss of parts of their bodies. For every family who never had their family member return from war. The Army of Heaven grew as each soul departed from the Earth. They now are fighting in the Army of God and Jesus against evil and darkness and the flame of fire where worm does not die, to free people from the bondage of the devil, bondage of sin. So that each soul that says sorry to God and Jesus for their sins, gets to live in peace and freedom for all eternity. I hear God and Jesus and the Angels and some of our loved ones who have gone to their eternal home in Paradise. They are now our guardian Angels, they haven’t left us. Jesus tells us the Kingdom of Heaven is in our midst, that is true, I hear God and Jesus, and I hear Angels all around us. God and Jesus are omnipresent but the Angels are not omnipresent, but I hear the ones we loved who have passed on watching over us. I was at the hospital and I heard praise of God and Jesus while I was in the food court.

I don’t now if it has ever been recognised but opioids come from the poppy flower. And that is what grows over the graves in Flanders field. I know they gave soldiers morphine in the field when they were injured. Their should not be a fight against opioids that bring us peace and freedom to work and enjoy our lives with our loved ones, doing hobbies we enjoy, volunteering, etc…

I pray that all soldiers and their family members, young and old get the option of using Adivan, Zanax, or Valium so they can enjoy mental peace, so they can enjoy peace and happiness with their families.

I pray that all soldiers and their families enjoy peace and freedom like they fight for others on this Earth to enjoy peace and freedom.

All Soldiers and their families should be held in high esteem for their sacrifices so we can all enjoy Peace and freedom. I want you all to know I’ve prayed for you and will continue to if God and Jesus will. I hope as their is a Remembrance Day that there also be a remembrance of every terrible event on earth for all eternity if we can handle that, so we learn from that sin, and never ever want evil sin, and horror ever again. I hope you and all your family enjoy a happy Remembrance Day as you remember all the lives that fought for peace and freedom. I have prayed that you may all hear and see your loved ones that you lost here on Earth as Angel, as they left us, and Heaven gained them as an Angel. I just want you to know that even though someone may have lived a life of sin even the worst sin, and you may not have known them to be Christian all they had to do was say sorry to God and Jesus and they can enter Paradise forever. They could do that silently with their last breath on Earth, but I also believe that they can have that opportunity as they stand before the judgement seat of Jesus & God. Then when they say sorry they will sit with Jesus on His throne as Jesus sat with God on His throne as He overcame the world, and God and Jesus won our freedom for all eternity by the sacrifice of Jesus the Lamb of God.

“ For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him

I pray that you are all remembered on Remembrance Day and every day on Earth for your loving sacrifices so that we may enjoy peace and freedom.

Jesus gives us a new command to love one another .

‘A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. John 13:34 NASB 95

As we all lay down our weapons whether it be our body parts used as weapons and our tongues from speaking evil, and physical weapons we will all enjoy peace and freedom, as we love each other. I pray that we bless the war torn countries so that they may return to their homes and enjoy peace and freedom. I pray all refugee camps be emptied as they are able to return home I ask God in Jesus name because the only way to God is through His Son Jesus.

I pray that we all enjoy peace and freedom for all eternity as well as that there not be one soul in darkness or in the lake of fire, so that we all may enjoy peace and freedom for all eternity including God and His sweet Son Yeshu/Jesus.

Let’s pray for the peace of Israel and Gaza

Let’s pray that Israel is successful in getting the terrorists out of Gaza, and the hateful teaching against the Jewish people and Christians and anyone who dosent believe in the muslims false belief, and that the hateful teaching of the muslims be stopped around the world. Let’s pray the Hebrews get back the Temple Mount where the house of God stood. Let’s pray that the Hebrews allow the Palestinians to form a democratic government free from the Muslim terrorists, and that Israel will be over their land of Gaza like King Charles is over his land of Canada. Let’s pray that they dwell in peace with eachother. let’s pray that peace makers go into Gaza to keep the peace and distribute the food clothing, shelters, etc… let’s pray that hostages from both sides are released and not mistreated. Let’s pray that everyone in the world bless the Palestinian people and they get their houses and good and livestock restored. Let’s pray that the terrorists not terrorize the Palestinians or Hebrews any more. Let’s ask God for all these things and more great things in Jesus name.

Let’s pray that the democratic countries support the Ukrainans in their fight against Putin and his army. Let’s pray that Putin retreates and backs out of Ukraine completely and leaves the Ukrainians to live in Peace. Shalom Ukraine, May God and Jesus be with you and your soldiers and citizens, may God and Jesus surround ukraine and Ukrainians and the Ukrainian supporters to keep you all safe and help you prevail against your enemies. Are you sorry for your sins? Are you sorry for the way you have been living? Are you sorry for the sin in your life?

If you want a new restored life, then you need to confess your sins to God and His Son Jesus. You come to God and Jesus as you are, and as you walk, and serve God, and Jesus, They will change you, heal you, set you free from your addictions. God and Jesus know all that you have done, and all that you will do, so when you do wrong through your time of serving God, and His Son Jesus, say sorry for your sins, and keep serving Them. If you want Jesus to save you from the wrath of God, and be your personal Lord and Savior, then pray this prayer;

God and Jesus I’m sorry for my sins. Please forgive me of my sins. Thank You God for sending Your Son Jesus, so we can be saved through Him. Thank You, that my sins are forgiven through the death of Your Son Jesus, because Jesus bore my sins in His body on the cross. Thank you for sending Your Son Jesus, so we can be saved through Him. Thank you that the blood of Jesus cleanses me from sin. Jesus suffered and died on a cross, was buried then raised on the third day, ascended into Heaven and is enthroned at the right hand of God, where Jesus intercedes for us, (talks to God for us). Jesus is the High priest of our confession. I want to live my life for You both God, and Jesus, please work in me, and through me. I love you both. Please help me to love, serve, and obey You God, and Jesus. Please help me to read Your word everyday, and to spend time worshipping you, and talking with both of you everyday. Help me to love you both, with all my heart, soul, and strength, and love my neighbor as myself. Please speak to me through your word, and Your servants. Please help me to not be lead astray by false teaching, but to understand, and come to know your word. Please help me to be faithful, and obedient to both of you. Please help me to love both of you more than myself, or others, or this world, or things in this world. Please help me to know, and feel through my life if I do wrong, that I can ask for forgiveness through Your Son Jesus, and Jesus blood cleanses me from my sin. I am sorry for my sins, God and Jesus. Please forgive me of my sins, and be My Lord, and Savior Jesus. Thank You God, that through the sacrifice of Your Son Jesus, I am cleansed from my sins, and I am now a part of Your Family, You are now my Father and Jesus is my Brother, King, friend, comforter. Now you need to get a copy of the word of God, NASB 1995 edition. You also need to get baptized which is an appeal to God for a clear conscience, and you wash away your sins through baptism. Instant noodles

You can purchase this package of Instant noodles at superstore for $1.00-$1.40. They are in the imported food isle.
• Bring water in a pot to boil, add noodles, reduce heat so the water doesn't boil over.
• chop up onion and garlic.

• heat a frying pan on med - high heat place some cooking oil into pan, add the Chopped onion and garlic.
• when your noodles are tender remove from heat and drain.

• add the noodles to the onions and garlic and a about a 1/2 tsp of ginger cut up ( add more ginger for a larger serving.). in the frying pan. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add desired amount of soya sauce and enjoy.

•if you like at the noodle boiling stage you can add chicken or beef bouillon. you can also make a chicken or beef stir fry. in the frying pan with the onions and garlic add desired meat cut up into thin evenly cut pieces, so they cook thoroughly and at the same amount of time. slice up carrots, celery, cabbage, or any other vegetable. add it to the meat when the meat is cooked past the blood stage. In a separate bowl place 3 tbsp of soya sauce, a dash of salt and pepper, 3-4 tbsp of oyster sauce, dash of ketchup, 1 tsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of corn starch, stir well ( add a bit of paprika if you like it spicy) your mixture should be between runny to thick texture, if its to thick add some water a little at a time until it is runny to thick texture. If it is to runny add a tsp at a time of corn starch until it reaches desired texture. when your vegetables are tender add the soya sauce mixture, let simmer on a lower heat while stirring until well coated and flavored. You can add or decrease items to reach your desired flavor, remove from heat and enjoy.
