Canadian Government is breaking their own laws

When Covid 19 regulations started and we were told to wear a mask to enter stores. I knew about my rights, Canadian rights and freedoms such as freedom of conscience, thought, belief, etc… I went to open a TD bank account on 111 ave and ellerslie rd. I thought I could get in without a mask because it was against my faith in Jesus, and against my conscience. I was met by the bank manager at the door. He told me that because of the pandemic I didn’t have rights. I had to wear a mask or no entry into the bank. I walked away from the bank. I emailed the prime minister of Canada and told him how Covid 19 was against my faith in Jesus and against my conscience. I wrote every member of parliament telling them the same thing. I found the emergency act on Canada.ca website. When I went to look and see how they were taking our rights away. The emergency act is what I found that they could use to take away our rights. But the more I read the emergency act the more I realized they are not supposed to take away our rights. As long as we live in a free and democratic society. They are supposed to observe our rights and freedoms, And every ninety days they are to review the need for addressing a pandemic. The pandemic is supposed to be so bad that it threatens Canada and it was not supposed to affect the flow of good and services, or our rights and freedoms. Of rights and freedoms to protect every citizen from discrimination, so that what hitler did to the Hebrews and their helpers would never happen again. There are not supposed to be regulations formed that infringe our Canadian rights and freedoms. This current Government and every member who sits in parliament that has not opposed the oppression of Covid 19 regulations, has oppressed every Canadian citizen by not observing our rights and freedoms. Businesses have been shut down lives have been lost. Canadian pastors have been imprisoned because of Covid 19 regulations. Pastor James Coates was imprisonmed in Edmonton because of covid 19 regulations. Social distancing is against my faith in Jesus. If enforced I could go to jail for laying my hands on the sick which is what Jesus tells us to do.

The Canadian government has overstepped and misused their power. Covid 19 regulations should not exist in this democratic society. The Canadian rights and freedoms are a part of the highest law of Canada which is the Canadian constitution.  The emergency act replaced the war act and it is in place to deal with temporary health pandemic that is to be reviewed every ninety days, And I repeat they were to not ignore and take away our freedoms and place regulations that oppresses Canadians. I am praying that the government of Canada does the right thing observes Canadians rights and freedoms and removes all regulations from the nation of Canada. I pray the Queen revises the Canadian bill of rights and freedoms and the Candian charter of rights and freedoms and the emergency act to make it more clear that they are not to take away our rights and freedoms so this never happens again to us or our children or our grand children.

The law replaces the War Measures Act passed in 1914. It asserts that any government action continues to be subject to the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the Canadian Bill of Rights.

Pierre Trudeau and queen elizabeth established the emergency act to protect every Canadian citizens freedom’s. Justin trideau and members of parliament have ignored Canadians freedoms. They claim that they enacted the emergency act on Feb 25,2022. But according to Canadian law they would have had to use the emergency act to deal with the so called health pandemic covid 19.

• (a) fire, flood, drought, storm, earthquake or other natural phenomenon,
• (b) disease in human beings, animals or plants, or
• (c) accident or pollution

and that results or may result in a danger to life or property, social disruption or a breakdown in the flow of essential goods, services or resources, so serious as to be a national emergency. (sinistre)

“WHEREAS the safety and security of the individual, the protection of the values of the body politic and the preservation of the sovereignty, security and territorial integrity of the state are fundamental obligations of government;

How many people have been affected financially have had there businesses shut down and have suffered financially. Churches had to remove or shut down rows in the the seating and they were forced to social distance. This has oppressed many Canadians and it has to stop before this Nation is ruined. The Canadian government should at least proclaim a full remission of debt. That can only recover lost finances not lives, those lives are Irreplaceable . Pray for peace and freedom ask in Jesus name.
